Susan Jebb

SJebb_Aug2011-smallSusan Jebb contributes expertise in food and eating behaviours to the Behaviour and Health Research Unit. She is Professor of Diet and Population Health at the University of Oxford where her research focuses on the role of dietary factors in the aetiology and treatment of obesity and its related metabolic diseases. Alongside her research programme, she is closely involved in the translation of nutrition science into policy and practice.
