Eleni Mantzari

Eleni is a Research Associate in the Behaviour and Health Research Unit. Her major focus is on the use of sit-stand desks within the workplace for reducing sedentary behaviour and increasing energy expenditure, the impact of portion and package size on the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages and alcoholic drinks, as well as on the use of image-based warning labels on sugary products. Eleni completed her PhD in Health Psychology in 2013 at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. Her thesis focused on the use of financial incentives for changing health-related behaviours.
